What you need to get started:
To host a clinic you need to have access to an arena, preferably covered. Nothing worse than having the rain show up on the day of your clinc, or have the sun beating down at 90 degress on all the participants. While we will do an outdoor clinic, I find that most particpants like to have at least a little portection from the elements.
Make Money:
We try to set up our clinics and structure them so that you or your saddle club can make moneyby hosting one. We feel this is the best way to share the knowledge and be rewarded for the effort of hosting a clinic.
We assist you every step of the way too. We can provide flyers, forms, contact information, and will promote the clinic to our followers in your area. Having been at many expos there lots of people who would like to attend a clinic but not everyone has access to the type of facility that makes for a good clinic. If you have such a place or can rent one, then there are people who will want to attend.

It is important that you plan far ahead, and we recommend that you pick a date for your clinic and then contact us. Let us know when you would like to host the clinic, and the clinic topics you would like presented. We can then work out the details.
Picking a date first is the most important part and should be done right away. Once you have a date, then you can contact your friends, saddle clubs and other places to determine how many will sign up. Picking an initial date does not lock you into the clinic, it only sets the date aside so you can promote it.
